How do I search for events?
Use the search bar on the homepage to search by artist, team, venue, or city. You can also browse by category or use filters to narrow down results by date, location, or event type.
Where do I actually buy tickets?
Neon Seats helps you discover events and see where to buy. When you're ready, you complete your purchase on our partner's site (e.g. SeatGeek). Pricing and fees at checkout are set by that partner.
How do I know if tickets are legitimate?
When you buy through our partner (e.g. SeatGeek), they verify tickets and handle delivery. Check their site for their buyer protection and verification policies.
When will I receive my tickets?
Ticket delivery is handled by the partner site you purchased from. Most tickets are delivered soon after purchase; some may be delivered closer to the event date. You'll receive confirmation from them when your tickets are ready.

Can I sell tickets on Neon Seats?
Neon Seats does not host ticket sales. We help you discover events and understand seller fees. Use our Seller Calculator to compare fees and payouts across SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats, and others, then list on the marketplace you choose.
What does the Seller Calculator do?
Enter a listing price or desired payout per ticket and quantity. The calculator estimates seller fees, net payout, and (where applicable) what buyers pay at each marketplace. Estimates are based on publicly available fee information; actual fees may vary.
When do marketplaces pay sellers?
Each marketplace has its own payout schedule, usually after the event has taken place. The Seller Calculator page summarizes typical payout timing for each partner. Check the marketplace's help center for exact details.

I haven't received my tickets yet
Ticket delivery is handled by the partner site you bought from (e.g. SeatGeek). Check your email for their confirmation and delivery details. If the expected delivery time has passed, contact that partner's support with your order information.
How do ticket transfers work?
The partner you purchased from will send transfer or delivery instructions (e.g. mobile transfer, PDF, or account link). Follow the instructions in their confirmation email.
My tickets don't work at the venue
Contact the support team of the site you bought from immediately. They handle buyer protection and refunds for purchases made on their platform.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Refunds are handled by the partner site you purchased from. If an event is cancelled, they typically issue a full refund. For other issues (invalid tickets, not as described), contact that partner's support — they set the refund policy for orders on their platform.

Cancelled events: The partner you bought from will typically issue a full refund; check their policy.
Postponed events: Your tickets usually remain valid for the new date. If you can't attend, contact that partner to discuss options.

How long do refunds take?
Refund timing is set by the partner you purchased from (often 5–10 business days). You'll receive updates from them when the refund is initiated.
