For Buyers
Discover on Neon Seats
You browse events on Neon Seats at no cost. When you're ready to buy, you complete your purchase on our partner's site (e.g. SeatGeek). We don't charge you; their pricing and fees apply at checkout.
Partner Fees
Buyer fees (if any) are set by the marketplace you buy from. Many show all-in or transparent pricing at checkout. Check their site for their fee structure.
Note: Neon Seats does not process purchases. You pay the partner when you buy on their site. Their refund and support policies apply.

After comparing fees, list your tickets on the marketplace you choose. They set seller fees and payout timing; you receive your payout from them after the sale.

When do sellers get paid?
